Ordering

We accept the following form of payments: visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Amex, Google and Apple pay.

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to you.

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. For personalized orders, please send me an email to confirm if it is possible to change/add anything to your order.

Most orders will ship out within 1 to 3 business days of ordering. 

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Chez Kwetu cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Yes- so long that your order hasn’t been shipped. If the address is in a different country, additional charges might apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Return any defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. There is no return on personalized items.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed. We will email you once it is processed.

Kindly reach out to us via email before returning your order. Please note, return delivery fees are the responsibility of the customers.

Please note that our delivery options refer only to the delivery time frame and not to the time required to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 1 to 3 days of ordering, some orders may take additional time.

Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. Items can only be returned for a refund. If you would like a replacement item, please place another order online.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will help you exchange or return the item.
