One of the most striking features of our Afro-Boho wall art décor is its use of bold, vibrant colors. Think of rich earth tones, bright jewel shades, and playful patterns that bring energy and warmth to any room. African fabric, such as kente cloth and Ankara fabrics, with its distinctive prints and textures, is the heart of our creations.
Add a touch of authenticity and personality to your home with our handmade, beaded wall art.
Beyond aesthetics, our Afro boho wall arts décor are all about creating a purposeful home. Each piece you choose should not only be beautiful but also functional and meaningful. Whether it's a cozy reading nook filled with plush cushions, a dining area adorned with handcrafted tableware, or a living room that invites conversation and relaxation, every element should serve a purpose and enhance your living experience.
I grew up wearing outfits made out of them which is in part one of the reasons why I make home decor with them today.
Supporting African artisans in Africa is very important for me.
Our toddler came to me the other day while working on my new collection. He wanted to help me but I was using sharp tools. So he said to me: Mama, are these all your stuff? I said: yes, they are. I am making new wall décor. He adds: Mama, your stuff are beautiful hein…I love having the kids around while I work (that’s why I gave up on working in the basement and moved to the dining room table. Who needs a table to eat hein? They are just the perfect distraction and the push I need to keep going.
